12 of the Malaysians on board the flight are from Freescale Semiconductor, the successor of Motorola Semiconductor, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. That was the company my father used to work for. Some of them were my father’s former staff. Some of them had even visited my house when I was still a small kid.

We don’t have blood relations with them, but we are related as human beings. They are not our family members, they are not our friends, but one thing for sure, this tragedy can happen to anyone. It might be our family, our friends, or even us, on board the fateful flight.

It is a heart wrenching moment, not only for Malaysians but also for the whole world. Let us keep the prayers going, as the search and rescue mission being deployed to search for the aircraft.

Our prayers and thoughts are with everyone affected by this tragedy.

They’re in the wrong place trying to make it right
But I’m tired of justifying
So I say to you..

Come home
Come home
Cause I’ve been waiting for you
For so long
For so long

  1. It’s a tragic situation. I sympathise with the victims’ families. But there is no hope now for survivors. It seems the plane exploded in mid-air, and I personally suspect a bomb. Creeps me out, tbh.

    • It is man! I know it may not be realistic, but I do hope that miracles will happen. It puzzles me that no trace of the aircraft has been found, though already in the 5th day of SAR mission.
