Not so long ago, anyone who painted something on the wall will be considered a vandal and be fined by the authorities. Graffiti was viewed as an eyesore and the wall will be repainted by the authority concerned.

However, in recent times street art is gaining acceptance and seems to have become more like a trend in Malaysia. It took root in Penang before spreading south to Gopeng and extending to Shah Alam in the form of Laman Seni Shah Alam.

Now, Art Sphere @ The Atmosphere, Seri Kembangan has jumped on the street art bandwagon.
